I didn’t learn this from a book.
I learned it from zero.
A few years ago, I was a single mom working three jobs. I was doing everything right — showing up, working hard, refusing to give up on my kids or myself. And I still hit complete zero. Financially. Emotionally. Physically.
For a long time, I thought the problem was that I just needed to work harder. So I did. And the same frustration kept showing up anyway.
I started studying the patterns underneath the problems — the small, repeated choices and hidden beliefs that were quietly running my life without my permission. When I finally saw them clearly, everything started to change. Not because my circumstances disappeared, but because I stopped fighting symptoms and started addressing what was actually underneath them.
Today I help business owners and leaders do the same thing — see what they can’t currently see from inside their own situation, so they can finally move from survival to order.
